Standard Delivery — Mainland UK

We offer weight-based shipping rates across mainland Great Britain. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Highlands & Islands

Customers in the following areas may be subject to additional shipping charges: Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland (including postcodes HS, IV, KW, PA, PH, AB31-56, GY, IM, ZE, JE, BT).

If your order is being delivered to one of these areas, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the exact shipping cost before processing. You will have the option to proceed or cancel your order at that point.

Oversized Items

Certain products — including bo staffs, punch bags, and other long or bulky items — cannot be shipped at standard rates due to their size and weight. These items are marked accordingly on the product page.

For oversized items, shipping will be quoted individually. We will contact you after your order is placed with the shipping cost for your approval before we proceed with fulfilment.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
